摘　　要：目的研究鲟鱼硫酸软骨素对小鼠免疫功能影响及其抗炎抗过敏活性。方法小鼠灌胃给药14 d,通过测定小鼠免疫器官重量、迟发超敏反应、血清溶血素和二甲苯诱发耳肿胀及蛋清致足垫炎症等指标,评价鲟鱼硫酸软骨素调节免疫功能及抗炎抗过敏作用。结果与对照组相比,鲟鱼硫酸软骨素可显著增加小鼠胸腺和脾脏重量指数(P<0.05),增加外周血白细胞数量(P<0.01),显著提高迟发性超敏反应强度(P<0.01),提高特异性抗体产生能力(P<0.05),并显著降低二甲苯致敏的耳肿胀度及蛋清致足垫炎肿胀度(P<0.05)。结论鲟鱼硫酸软骨素能显著提高小鼠的免疫功能和抗炎抗过敏活性。Purpose To study the effects of sturgeon chondroitin sulfate on immune function,anti-in- flammatory action and anti-allergic action in mice. Methods To measure the weight of immune organs of mice,the delayed-type hypersensitivity response, the productive ability of specific antibody （hemolysin and agglutinin） , and the anaphylactic reaction in duced by dimethylbenzene which resulted in ear swelling and foot pad induced by egg albumen after 14 days ig administration. Results Compared with control group,the sturgeon chondroitin sulfate can increase the weight of thymus and spleen and the amount of the perivascular leukocyte, obviously enhance the delayed-type hypersensitivity response intensity, improve the productive ability of speciifc antibody in mice and reduce the degree of ear swelling induced by dimethyl- benzene and the swelling of foot pad induced by egg albumen. Conclusion Sturgeon chondroitin sulfate could obviously enhance the immune function and anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic activities.
