缺血性脑卒中二级预防中血脂调控现状分析

摘　　要：目的分析缺血性脑卒中患者二级预防中血脂调控现况。方法 2010年5月—2011年1月选择在我院住院的176例缺血性脑卒中患者,采用问卷方式对其血脂调控认识情况进行调查,并比较农村患者及城镇患者的血脂调控的知晓率、基本治疗率及有效控制率。结果 176例患者的总知晓率为18.2%(32/176),总基本治疗率为5.1%(9/176),总有效控制率为0.6%(1/176)。农村组患者血脂调控的知晓率及基本治疗率与城镇组患者(12.9%与25.3%,2.0%与9.3%)比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而有效控制率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中患者对血脂调控的认识严重不足,特别是农村患者,应加强血脂异常的防治,降低脑卒中的复发率。Objective To analyze the present situation of the blood lipid control in secondary prevention for ischemic stroke. Methods 176 patients with ischemie stroke admitted to our hospital from May 2010 to January 2011 were randomly select- ed. The understanding of blood lipid control was investigated by questionnaires and the awareness rate of blood lipid control, basic treatment rate and control rate between patients of rural areas and urban areas were compared. Results The overall awareness rate was 18. 2% （32/176）, the overall basic treatment rate was 5. 1% （9/176） and the overall control rate was O. 6% （1/176）. The awareness rate of blood lipid control and basic treatment rate in rural group showed statistically significant differences com- pared with those of the patients in urban group （ 12. 9% vs 25.3% , 2. 0% vs 9. 3 % , P 〈 O. 05 ） , but the control rate of the two groups showed no statistically significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion The understanding of blood lipid control is significantly insufficient in patients with ischemic stroke, especially patients in rural areas. Prevention and treatment of dyslipidemia should be enhanced to reduce the recurrence rate of stroke.
