摘 要:目的探讨6~18岁儿童中央角膜厚度(CCT)与年龄、屈光状态、眼压、眼球轴长、角膜曲率半径的相关关系。方法随机选取2011年1月至9月门诊就诊的100例(200只眼)6~18岁儿童。应用TPMEY SP-3000超声测量仪测量CCT。采用非接触压平式眼压计(CANON TX-F,NCT)测量眼压,TPMEY SP-3000超声测量仪测量眼球轴长,散瞳行屈光检查及角膜曲率的检查。角膜厚度行频数分布检验,角膜厚度与年龄、屈光状态、眼压、眼球轴长、角膜曲率半径行双变量相关分析。结果 6~18岁儿童平均角膜厚度为(546.575+33.470)μm。角膜厚度与眼压相关(R=0.472,P<0.001)。多元线性回归方程显示:每21.74μm的角膜厚度影响1 mm Hg眼压。角膜厚度与眼屈光状态,眼轴长、角膜曲率,年龄无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 6~18岁儿童平均角膜厚度为(546.575+33.470)μm。儿童平均角膜厚度与眼压呈正相关关系,在考虑儿童眼压时也要考虑角膜厚度对眼压的影响。Objective To determine the correlations between central corneal thicknesses ( CCT), and age, refractive error, intraocular pressure (IOP) 0 axial length, corneal curvature radius in children aged from 6-18 years old. Methods 100 eyes of 100 subjects were randomized obtained from our outpatient department from January to September in 2011. CCT and axial length were measured in both eyes of each patient using ultrasonic pachymeter ( TPMEY SP-3000 ). The IOP was measured by noncontact tonometry( CANON TX-F,NCT). Corneal curvature and refractive errors were measured after eycloplegia. CCT was test by frequency distribution. The effects of seversl factors ( age, refractive errors, IOP, axial length, corneal curvature radius ) on CCT were investigated in bivarlate correlation analyses. Results The mean CCT was 546.575 + 33. 470 pan. lOP was correlated with CCT( R = 0.472, P 〈 0.001 ). The multiple linear regression equa- tions showed that for every 21.74 pan of higher CCT, the IOP was thicker by approximately 1.0 mm Hg, all other variables ( refractive errors, axial length, corneal curvature radius, age ) had no significant relationship with CCT ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The mean CCT was 546.575 ± 33. 470 μm in children aged from 6-18 years old. There were direct linear correlation between lOP and CCT. When we assess the IOP in children, we should consider the influence of the CCT.
