摘　　要：从实验教学定位、创新人才基本特征、实验教学对创新人才培养的特殊作用出发,以广西大学国家级机械工程实验教学示范中心建设与改革为案例,对构建与理论教学并重的实验教学体系,适应创新人才培养方面的问题进行了研究与探索。This paper is focused on the analysis of the design of experimental education,the basic characteristics of creative talents,and the specific function of cultivating creative talents in experimental teaching.Based on the case of the construction and reform of state-level Mechanical Engineering Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Guangxi University,the problems in the construction of the experimental teaching system which is as important as theoretical teaching,and in the cultivation of adaptable and creative talents are studied.
