摘　　要：为了贯彻研究型大学的教学理念与实施精英教育的人才培养目标,哈尔滨工业大学电工电子实验教学中心进行了开放与自主学习实验教学模式的深入改革研究与实践探索,建立了一套完整的开放与自主学习模式下的实验教学体系。重点阐述这套全新的实验教学管理体系及其实验成绩评定方法在建设过程中的探索经验与实践效果。According to implement the teaching philosophy of a research university and the objectives of elite education,a new experimental teaching mode with open laboratory and autonomous learning has been researched and practiced by the Electrical and Electronic Laboratary Center of Harbin Institute of Technology（HIT）.An integrated experimental teaching system has been established which is based on open laboratory and autonomous learning mode.This paper presents the experience and practical effect in the construction of the new experimental teaching management system and the experiment evaluation method.
