摘　　要：教学科研公用平台建设的核心是公用大型仪器设备的论证、购置和使用管理。大型仪器设备使用效益涉及大型仪器设备的配置、使用人员数量和水平、管理人员数量和素质以及仪器设备的维修维护等多种因素。其中,合理的设备配置是基础,高素质管理人员是关键,良好的运行管理及经费是保证。The demonstration,procurement and use of large-scale equipment is the core of the construction of the shared platform for teaching and research.Efficiency in the use of large instruments and equipment is related to the configuration of large-scale instruments and equipment,the number and competence of the user,the number and competence of management personnel,equipment repair and maintenance,and other factors.For the construction of shared platform,the reasonable device configuration is the basis,the competence of the management personnel is the key,and good operational management and funding are the guarantee.
