摘 要:利用发光菌的生物毒性实验能对环境水体中的污染物质进行较快速、简便地监测与评价其毒性程度。在环境专业本科实验教学中开展发光菌毒性实验的探索,学生通过参与实验准备工作、进行实验设计、开展实验、撰写实验报告及分析总结等各环节的锻炼,既理解与掌握了发光菌毒性实验的基础理论知识,又培养了结合实际情况综合分析问题的能力,同时,激发了学生的学习热情,启发了学生的创新思维,提高了学生综合能力。The pollutants in water environment can be determined and evaluated quickly and easily by using luminescent bacteria as detecting organism in biological toxicity test.So the toxicity experiment of luminescent bacteria was explored for undergraduates of environmental specialty.After the preparation for the experiment,the students designed and conducted the experiment.Then,they wrote the laboratory reports,analyzed the data and summarized the experiment.In this way,not only did the students learn the basic theoretical knowledge of luminescent bacteria toxicity test,but also their comprehensive ability to analyze problems combining the actual situation was cultivated.Meanwhile,their enthusiasm for learning was stimulated,their creative thinking inspired,and their comprehensive ability enhanced.
