创新经济管理类人才培养的实验教学模式

摘　　要：通过对经济管理类专业在实验教学的过程中所存在问题的分析与在此基础上深入的研究,设计并且构建了"五、三、一"实验教学模式的基本框架以及考核方式,并提出了实验教学应突出对学生各方面能力的培养。在此基础上,进一步提出了为了实现"五、三、一"实验教学模式所应该具备的软件和硬件条件以及进一步应该实施的措施。该教学模式经过5年的发展和改进,在人才培养实践中取得了较好的效果。Based on problems analysis and research in the course of experimental teaching of economic management,the basic framework and the assessment method of the ＂five,three,one＂ experimental teaching mode was designed,and the idea was presented that experimental teaching should focus on all aspects of students’ ability.On this basis,the software and hardware conditions and further measures to realize the ＂five,three,one＂ experimental teaching mode were finally proposed.The proposed teaching mode used achieved good results in the past 5 years of training practice.
