化学实验室材料、低值易耗品实行精益管理的可行性探讨

摘　　要：分析了当前化学实验材料、低值易耗品作为重要的教育资源在管理中所存在的问题,从精益管理的理念和精神出发,探讨了实行改革的必要性和可行性。通过改革管理体制、提高管理水平、加强节约意识,特别是为了提高现有资源的利用率,提出以校园网为依托,建立化学试剂、低值易耗品资源共享平台信息网等措施。盘活了现有资源,增强了共享意识,使学校化学试剂低值易耗品供应管理水平较大提升,保证了教学科研的顺利进行,确保学校的安全,取得了良好效果。The current problems in the management of materials and low-priced and easily-worn articles in labs are analyzed.The necessity and feasibility of regulation reform are investigated according to the ideas of fine management.The measures are proposed such as reforming management system,improving mangagement,emphasizing economization,especially establishing informatization system of materials and low-priced and easily-worn articles management based on campus networks.These methods prove to improve the management of materials and low-priced and easily-worn articles effectively,ensuring the safety of teachers and students teaching practice and scientific research.
