摘 要:本文介绍了国内外碳化钨(WC)纳米粉体的制备方法以及催化应用的研究进展。在气、液、固3种纳米WC粉的制备方法中,液相法和气相法是主流。其中,喷雾干燥技术由于成本低,具有工业化应用的潜能;气相沉积法虽然成本较高、所需设备复杂,但因其工艺流程简单,特别是其产品纯度高、分散性好、粒径小且粒度分布窄,得到较深入的研究;等离子化学气相沉积法具有高温连续流动和快速骤冷的特性,易于工业化开发,是较有前景的方法之一。WC催化剂具有"类Pt"的电催化活性,可成为贵重金属Pt的替代品,用于酸性燃料电池以及加氢和脱氢反应。The preparation methods and catalytic application of tungsten carbide (WC) nano-powders were described in this paper. Based on the analysis of three kinds of preparation ways, liquid-phase method and gas-phase method have become the mainstream of the preparation methods of nano-WC powders. Among them, the spray-drying technology, because of the lower cost of its process, has the potential of industrial research. Chemical vapor deposition(CVD) has been systemically investigated as its process is simple and product has some characters such as high purity, good dispersity, small diameter and narrow size distribution, even if its cost is higher and device is sophisticated. RF-PCVD has two distinctive advantages: continuous flow at high temperature and rapid quenching, which is one of the more promising ways to be industrial studied. WC catalyst has electronic catalytic activation "similar to Pt" and is taken as the alternative of noble metal Pt, used in acid fuel cell and dehydrogenation and hydrogenation reaction.
