派丽奥复合明胶海绵治疗干槽症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察派丽奥复合明胶海绵治疗干槽症的临床应用。方法将60例干槽症患者随机分为两组,常规清创,牙槽窝内置入派丽奥复合明胶海绵为实验组,牙槽窝内置入碘仿纱条为对照组,3天及7天后复诊进行疗效的比较。结果实验组痊愈25例,对照组痊愈10例。治疗效果比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),实验组疗效优于对照组。结论派丽奥复合明胶海绵较碘仿纱条治疗干槽症疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To observe clinic effect of Periocline in the treatment of dry socket.Methods 60 dry sockets were divided two groups at random.30 patients in experiment were treated with Periocline/ absorbable gelatin sponge in alveolar nest.Another 30 patients were placed with iodoform gauze in alveolar nest as control.Then came back into hospital after 3 daysand 7 days.Results 25 patients in experiment group were cured vs 10 patients in control group were cured.4 Patients in experiment group were effective vs 15 patients in control group.1 patient in experiment group were ineffect vs 5 patients in control group.There were significant difference between two groups.Conclusion The Periocline/absorbable gelatin sponge have better effect than iodoform gauze in treatment of dry socket and it is worth promoting.
