摘 要:目的观察血栓心脉宁片对急性血瘀大鼠血浆一氧化氮/内皮素-1(NO/ET-1)的影响。方法采用两次注射肾上腺素、冰水浴的方法建立急性血瘀大鼠模型,观察血栓心脉宁片对大鼠血浆NO及ET-1的影响。结果急性血瘀模型大鼠血浆NO含量明显降低(P<0.01),血浆ET-1含量明显升高(P<0.01);血栓心脉宁片高、中、低剂量组作用后均可显著升高急性血瘀大鼠血浆NO含量(P<0.05、P<0.01),降低血浆ET-1含量(P<0.01),以中剂量组效果最为明显,与步长脑心通颗粒具有相似的作用。结论血栓心脉宁片可促进NO合成和分泌,抑制ET-1表达,有利于恢复NO/ET-1平衡,对急性血瘀的改善具有积极作用。。Objective To observe the effects of Xueshuan Xinmaining tablets on expression of NO / ET-1 on acute blood stasis rats.Methods The acute blood-stasis model rats were made by being soaked in ice water after being injected adrenaline hydrochloride.The influence of Xueshuan Xinmaining tablets on expression of NO and ET-1 in the model rats were observed.Results Plasma NO content decreased and ET-1 level increased significantly in the rat of acute blood-stasis(P〈0.01).Three groups of the Xueshuan Xinmaining tablets could markedly increase the NO(P〈0.05、P〈0.01) and reduce the ET-1(P〈0.01) of acute blood-stasis rats.Among of three groups,the medium group's effect is the best,and it is similar to Buchang Naoxintong group.Conclusion Xueshuan Xinmaining tablets could increase the NO level and decrease ET-1 level of acute blood-stasis rats,benifiting for keeping balance of NO/ ET-1 and has positive effects on prevention and cure acute blood stasis.
