摘 要:通过大型非线性数值分析软件ABAQUS对受硫酸盐腐蚀后的钢筋混凝土板进行模拟分析,揭示了ABAQUS中塑性损伤模型进行非线性模拟的有效性以及钢筋混凝土板受腐蚀后受弯性能的退化规律。通过模拟结果和试验结果的对比,可以看出,ABAQUS非线性模拟是行之有效的。从ABAQUS模拟结果和试验结果均可看出随着腐蚀度D的增加,板的极限承载力、延性和刚度逐渐减小,其中承载力下降约3%~5%,延性下降约19%~28%,刚度下降9.96%~19.43%,而跨中挠度逐渐增大,这主要是因为随着硫酸盐的不断侵蚀,生成膨胀性物质钙矾石,板截面的损伤不断严重,使得截面的有效抗弯高度以及弹性模量降低,最终造成板的承载力、延性、刚度的降低以及跨中挠度的增大。The large-scale nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate the reinforced concrete slab attacked by sulfate to reveal the effectiveness about nonlinear simulation of damaged plastic model in ABAQUS and the flexural performance degradation laws of reinforced concrete slab attacked by sulfate. Compared with the simulation results and experimental results, it's found that to use ABAQUS to simulate nonlinear performance is effective. The ultimate strength, ductility and stiffness of these slabs gradually decrease when the corrosion degree D increases, and the ultimate strength decrease about 3%-5%, the ductility declines about 19%-28%, the stiffness decline about 9.96%-19.43%, meanwhile the deflection increases because of the constant erosion of sulfate, which results in much expansive substance (Ettringite), and the cross-sections of the slab continue to damage seriously, all these make the effective flexural height of the cross-section and the elastic modulus decrease, which make the ultimate strength, ductility, stiffness of the slabs reduce and the deflection increases in the end.
