摘 要:采用核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)法测定苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)的加氢度和微观结构。结果表明,采用镍系催化剂对苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)进行加氢反应制备SEBS时,在苯乙烯链段未参与加氢反应的前提下,通过对SBS和SEBS的谱峰进行归属,建立了用1H-NMR测定SEBS总加氢度的方法,且无需已知苯乙烯的摩尔分数,适用范围较宽;用该法还可直接得到SEBS中各微观结构含量和丁二烯1,2-结构和1,4-结构的加氢度。The hydrogenation degree and micro- structure of styrene-ethylene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer (SEBS) were determinated by ^1H-nulear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) . The re- sults showed that based on the assignments of ^1 H- NMR spectra lines of styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer (SBS) and SEBS, an analytic method was established to determine the total hydro- genation degrees of SEBS, which was prepared by the hydrogenation of SBS with nickel catalyst, andno styrene segment was saturated. The method had a broader determination range, need not know the mole fraction of styrene and could be used directly to determine the microstructure contents in SEBS and the hydrogenation degree of 1,2-unit and 1,4-unit of budadiene.
