摘 要:采用电导和电位滴定法,对自制的羧基丁腈胶乳(XNBRL)的特性进行了研究,并对其黏度、表面张力、机械稳定性进行了考察。结果表明,XNBRL的电导滴定曲线上有2个明显的拐点,而电位滴定曲线上没有拐点。在一定温度下,总固物质量分数低于30%时,XNBRL的黏度随总固物含量的变化趋势与普通胶乳相类似,即前者随后者的增加略有增加,而当总固物质量分数高于30%时,黏度则急剧增大;当总固物质量分数高于40%时,其黏度与温度之间不再呈线性关系。XNBRL的表面张力在总固物质量分数为30%时最小,随温度的升高其值增大。XNBRL的机械稳定性决定于其pH值,碱性范围内机械稳定性较高。Using conductimetric and potentiomet- ric titration methods, the characteristics of earboxyl- ated butadiene-aerylonitrile latex (XNBRL) were studied, and the viscosity, surface tension, mechan- ical stability of the latex were investigated. The re- suits showed that there were two obvious inflection points in the conductimetric titration curve of XNBRL, while no inflection point in the potentio- metric titration curve. At a fixed temperature, when the mass fraction of total solid was less than 30% , the viscosity of XNBRL increased slightly with in- creasing the total solid content, and the tendency was similar to that of ordinary latex, but when themass fraction of total solid was more than 30% , the viscosity increased dramatically. When the mass fraction of total solid was more than 40% , the rela- tionship between viscosity and temperature was no longer linear. The surface tension of XNBRL reached the minimum when the mass fraction of total solid was 30% and increased with increasing tem- perature. The mechanical stability of XNBRL depen- ded on pH value of the latex and was higher at alka- line condition.
