摘　　要：采用基于主成分分析的Logistic回归方法,对非金融企业的流动性风险进行预警,将企业的流动性与财务状况相结合,采用一些相关的财务指标,以避免企业因流动性风险陷入财务困境为预警目的。Using logistic regression method based on principal component analysis, the paper dis- cussed the early warning of the liquidity risk of the non-financial businesses which purpose was to avoid to get into financial distress due to the liquidity risk combined the enterprises ＇ liquidity with the finan- cial position, used some related financial indicators.
