福建省区域技术创新体系建设的思路与对策

摘　　要：福建省面对日趋严重的人口资源环境约束,应在明确区域技术创新体系战略思路的基础上,以增强可持续发展能力为导向,以节能减排为重点,完善技术创新激励机制,构建资源节约、环境友好的发展模式,提升传统产业,调整优化区域产业结构,形成具有地方特色的区域竞争优势,培育新的经济增长点,推动区域经济跨越式发展。Facing the constraints of the increasingly serious population, resources and environment, Fujian province should improve the technological innovation incentive mechanism to build the resource- saving, environment-friendly mode of development, promote traditional industries, adjust and optimize the regional industrial structure based on clearing the strategic thinking of regional technological inno- vation system, oriented by strengthening the capacity for sustainable development and focuses on ener- gy conservation to form a regional competitive advantage with local characteristics and foster new eco- nomic growth point to promote great-leap-forward development of the regional economic.
