两种覆盖全口义齿修复效果的临床研究

摘　　要：目的比较传统覆盖全口义齿和磁性附着体覆盖全口义齿修复效果。方法选择2008年5月至2010年10月在本院口腔科需做覆盖全口义齿修复的17例患者,每例患者均戴用传统覆盖全口义齿3个月后再改戴用磁性附着体覆盖全口义齿。分别在戴用两种覆盖全口义齿3个月时采用问卷的形式了解患者的满意度并采用称重法测量咀嚼效率。结果患者戴用磁性附着体覆盖全口义齿3个月的满意度和咀嚼效率明显高于戴用传统覆盖全口义齿(P<0.05)。结论患者戴用磁性附着体覆盖全口义齿在固位稳定和舒适程度及咀嚼效率方面明显优于传统覆盖全口义齿。Objective Compare remediation effectiveness of traditional full denture with full denture with magnetic attachment. Methods From May, 2008 to October, 2010,17 patients seeking for full denture remediation Department of Stomatology in Taizhou Hospital of Chinese Medicine were chosen to wear traditional full denture for three months and then to wear magnetic attachment full denture for three months. Investigate the patients＇ satisfaction by questionnaire survey and detect the masticatory efficiency with weig- hing method 3 months after treatment. Results The patients were more satisfied and had higher masticatory efficiency with magnetic at- tachment full denture compared with traditional full denture. Conclusions Magnetic attachment full denture is obviously better than traditional full denture in terms of retention and stability, comfortableness and masticatory efficiency.
