摘　　要：缺陷产品召回法律制度的实施需要在体现其价值目标的基础上,遵循其运行的原理,在内部制度结构上构建一套有效的约束和激励机制,保持健康的推动力,同时保证市场等外部环境的营造,才能保证其顺利运行。The implementing of the Legal System on the recall of defective products should on the basic of reflecting its value, following its principle of operation. And establish a set of effective regulate and encourage mechanisminside, keep a fine driving force. Moreover, ensure the market environment etc. so, the operation of it will go well.
