军队院校外语教育军事转型之路——关于军事英语课程体系建构的思考

摘　　要：建构军事英语教学体系,是培养新型军事人才和应对国际军事斗争,适应军校外语教育军事转型的必然要求。现有的理论基础、教学经验以及军队院校外语教学协作机构,为建构军事英语教学体系提供了可行条件。建立全军院校军事英语教学与测评的统一指导和协调机构、在部队和院校开展全面调研、制定军事英语课程教学和测评体系建构方案等,是现阶段的主要任务。It is a necessity to set up a military English teaching system to cultivate new type military personnel and cope with international military struggle, with such feasible conditions as established theoretical basis, teaching experiences, the current Military College Foreign Language Teaching Co- operation center. Major tasks in the current stage are to establish a central organization to direct and coordinate in a unitive way military English teaching and testing in military colleges, conduct a com- prehensive investigation among military units and colleges, and come up with a set of programs of mil- itary English teaching and testing system construction.
