意象修辞与意蕴内涵——中国现代市镇小说“水”意象解读

摘　　要：中国现代市镇小说里有大量关于"水"意象的叙述。作家通过对"水"的写作来表达对现实的关照与对社会现象的沉思,因此"水"意象不仅仅指代表层的物象特征,还承载了丰富的价值内涵与主题意蕴,并深刻地折射出作家的审美倾向与价值评判。对水的描写与叙述既有对主体情感的关照,又有对客体物象的认知超越;"水"还是文化符码的象征,蕴含了丰富的思想内涵,是对情感的负载,亦是对生命体验的表达。"水"意象不仅是作家的创作源泉,还是故事发生的背景,是作家认识世界、礼赞自然和思索生命的载体,隐含了作家对现实的关注及其与之相应的形而上思索。A large amount of description on ＂water＂ image existed in Chinese modem town novels. By writing on ＂water＂, writers expressed their attention to the reality and contemplation on social phenomenon. ＂Water＂ im-age not only referred to the surface characteristic of objective image, but also carried rich value connotations and thematic implications, and profoundly reflected writers＇ aesthetic tendency and value evaluation. The description and narration on ＂water＂ was not only emotional attention on subject, but also cognitive exceeding on object. ＂Wa- ter＂, as a symbol of the cultural codes, contained rich connotations, carried emotions and expressed life experi- ence. ＂Water＂ image was not only the source of writers＇ creation, but also the background of stories. ＂Water＂ im-age was the carrier of writers＇ understanding the world, praising the nature, thinking about the life, and implying writers＇ attention to the reality and metaphysical thinking.
