摘  要:针对汽车侧门在普通刚性模具中成形出现的圆角难以贴模、起皱和拉裂等缺陷,引进板料液压成形技术。设计了主动式液压成形的模具结构,并分别介绍了压边圈的形状和拉深筋的布置情况,运用板料成形数值模拟软件Dynaform对相应的分组参数进行对比模拟与优化,设计出合理的液压加载路径,得到了成形所需的工艺参数,有效地避免了产品成形缺陷,获得了合格产品,为类似的拉深件提供了工艺参考。In regard to the defects in the ordinary rigid mold forming of car side door, such as the fillet section difficult to fit the die, wrinkling and rupture, the sheet hydraulic forming technology was introduced. The active mold of hydraulic forming structures was designed, and the shape of binder and the layout of draw-band were introduced respectively. By taking the sheet metal forming simulation software Dynaform to simulate and optimize for the corresponding group parameters, and design a reasonable hydraulic load- ing path, the required process parameters were gotten, and forming defects were avoided effectively. A qualified product is obtained, and a process reference for the similar drawing parts is provided.
