摘  要:航空用高压大流量恒压变量泵的研究是目前机载液压系统发展方向之一。根据功率键合图理论,按照恒压变量泵结构和工作原理,建立了高压大流量恒压变量泵统一扩展键合图模型。在模型中考虑了泵出口管道特性的影响,使仿真结果更符合实际。通过仿真研究,进一步优化了高压大流量恒压变量泵的设计参数,为机载液压系统高压化设计提供参考。Research on aviation high-pressure and large-flow constant pressure variable displacement pump is one of the develop- ment trends of current airborne hydraulic system. Based on power bond graph theory, an unified expansion bond graph model for high- pressure and large-flow constant pressure variable displacement pump was established in accordance with its structure and operating principle. In this model, the impact of pipeline characteristics was taken into account, thus more practical simulation results were ob- tained. Through simulation study, the design parameters of high-pressure and large-flow constant pressure variable displacement pump are optimized further. It provides a solid foundation for the design of high pressure airborne hydraulic system.
