摘  要:测量了1、2月龄广东、湖南和湖北鳜鱼3个养殖群体的各性状指标,分析了2月龄鳜鱼全长、体长等主要性状与体质量间的相关性,并对鳜鱼3个养殖群体的mtDNA控制区核苷酸序列进行测定。形态-体质量指标相关性分析表明,全长—体质量、体长—体质量之间的相关性极显著(r>0.9,P<0.01)。对鳜鱼3个养殖群体经济性状的比较结果显示,长江中游鳜鱼养殖群体的体长和体高日增长率均比广东鳜鱼养殖群体高。采用特异性引物对鳜鱼基因组进行PCR扩增,得到3个地区鳜鱼线粒体DNA控制区的全序列(830~834bp)。遗传多样性分析结果表明,长江中游地区鳜鱼养殖群体的遗传多样性比广东鳜鱼养殖群体高。因此,与广东鳜鱼养殖群体相比,长江中游群体具有更高的养殖经济价值和育种价值。The growth were determined in three populations (Hunan, Hubei and Guangdong) of 1-, and 2-month old mandarinfish Siniperca chuatsi, and the correlations between morphological traits (total body length, body length, and body depth) and body weight were compared. There was very significant correlation coefficients between body weight and total body length (r〉0. 9, P〈0.01). Comparison revealed that there were higher daily body weight gain and body depth gain in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River population than those in Guangdong cultured population. The mitochondrial DNA control region (D-loop) of mandarinfish was amplified using a pair of specific primers by PCR. The sequences with the complete nucleotide control region from the mitochondrial DNA was cloned and directly sequenced. The length of this region (D-loop) was comprised of 833-835 bp nucleotides. The genetic diversity of the mandarinfish was shown to be higher in the population from the middle reaches of the Yangtze Rive than from Guangdong. It is concluded that mandarinfish from the middle reaches of Yangtze River is more desirable and effective for culture and breeding.
