摘　　要：通过对企业技术创新评价现有文献进行综述,发现学术界的企业技术创新评价研究成果对实际评价工作的指导作用有限。采用案例研究方法,对国内外3个企业技术创新评价典型案例进行深入研究,总结了可资借鉴的4个特点:评价指标体系以强度型指标为主,兼有数量型指标;评价遵循客观准确的测量原则,以定量指标为评价指标体系的核心构成;考虑企业所处行业的差异,采取分类评价或对指标进行处理来减少行业影响;采用简单实用的加权平均计算法,不追求评价方法的复杂性、新颖性。Through reviewing the research literature on the evaluation of enterprises technology innovation, this paper considers the guide effect of the existing research result on evaluation practice is limited. Then it selects and analyzes domestic and foreign typical three cases. The important findings through case study are as follows： preferring strength-type index; following objective and accurate evaluation principle, and preferring quantitative index; considering the difference in industrial characteristics;using the weighted average calculation method.
