摘　　要：针对国内外企业集团跨国并购融资的现状,基于异常融资优序理论,构建了我国民营企业集团跨国并购融资创新模式——包括内部资本市场融资、战略联盟融资和金融创新融资。Based on the abnormal pecking order theory, this paper discusses the present situation of domestic and foreign enterprise group＇s cross-border M^A financing,and designs a financing innovation mode of cross-border M^A of China＇s private enterprise group including inter- nal capital market financing, strategy alliance financing and financial innovation financing.
