中国古代建筑彩画文物地仗中蛋白和淀粉含量的测定

摘　　要：利用元素分析法和分光光度法分别测定了颐和园建筑油饰彩画文物地仗材料中蛋白质和淀粉的含量.结果表明:三个地仗材料中,Y_1样品同时检测到有淀粉和血料的存在;Y_2样品含有较多的淀粉,其质量分数为10.47%,但没有检测到血料的存在,应为净满地仗;Y_3样品含有较多血料,质量分数为11.97%,但未检测出淀粉的存在.The contents of crude protein and starch in plaster materials used in colored drawing on ancient buildings in the Summer Palace were determined through an elementary analysis and spectrophotometric anal- ysis, respectively. The experiment results showed that there were some blood material and starch in sample Y1, while in sample Y2 there was more starch, with a mass fraction of 10.47%, but no the presence of blood. We deduced that the plaster materials should have been made without any blood material. By contrast, sampleY3 contained more blood, with a mass fraction of 11.97%, but starch was not be detected in it.
