摘　　要：创新创业综合实践紧紧围绕内含创新创业能力、职业素质、职业技能养成的全人格能力培养,基于职岗化、能力递进性与关联性进行系统化项目设计,并以职岗工作过程与企业行为规则对项目实践进行过程管理与考核,有效培养转型升级所需的高素质高技能人才。创新创业综合实践在目标、内容、运行等方面具有创新性,是高素质高技能人才培养的有效抓手。The innovative entrepreneurship comprehensive practice centers around the cultivation of the innovation entrepreneurship, the professionalism and vocational skills of students. The projects are systematically designed based on post and position, ability progression and relevance, and are managed and assessed according to the whole process of the work and the rules of conduct in the enterprise. The innovative entrepreneurship comprehensive practice effectively cultivated high-quality and highly-skilled personnel needed in business transformation and upgrading.
