摘 要:目的初步研究不同剂量高强度聚焦超声(high intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU)对离体兔眼角膜组织形态及角膜曲率的影响,为HIFU矫正老视提供实验基础。方法 HIFU在相同治疗时间(6 s)下以不同功率4、3、2、1 W定位辐照离体兔眼角膜基质,分别制作直径8、9、10 mm的圆环状焦域,辐照完后行角膜组织学观察及角膜曲率变化的检测。结果光镜下见角膜基质焦域内纤维排列规则、发生融合,边界纤维收缩,焦域长、短径随HIFU辐照功率和焦域环直径的不同而发生变化,各实验组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。电镜观察3 W/9 mm组基质焦域内细胞及纤维改变显著,而1 W/9 mm组仅纤维轻度改变。自动验光仪检测HIFU辐照后角膜曲率半径减小、曲率增加(P<0.05)。结论 HIFU定位辐照离体兔眼角膜基质,能使角膜曲率增加,产生角膜前凸效应。Objective To investigate the effects of High Intensity Focused Ultrasound(HIFU) with different dosages irradiated on rabbit cornea organization and diopter in vitro to provide experimental basis for correcting presby-opia with HIFU. Methods The experimental groups were irradiated with HIFU in different powers(4,3,2,1 W), under the same treatment time(6 s) in cornea stroma, annular focal region of different diameters (8,9,10 mm) were formed, meanwhile corneal histological and corneal curvature changes were observed. Results The board layer fiber of the focal region were marshalling and shrinking in the borderline under the light microscope, meanwhile, the length and width of focal region both changed with HIFU irradiation power and diameter of the annular focal region(P〈0.05). The fibers and cells of the cornea storm focal region were significantly altered in power 3 W group and slightly altered in power 1 W group under the transmission electron microscope. After the HIFU irradiation the corneal curvature ra-dius decreased and the corneal diopter increased(P〈0.05). Conclusions HIFU irradiated cornea stroma of isolated rabbit eye can increase the corneal diopter and produce corneal lordosis effect.
