云南省8个少数民族自治州大一新生视力状况对比研究

摘　　要：目的掌握云南省8个少数民族自治州大一新生(以下简称"学生")的视力分布规律及患病根源,为开展青少年视力保护与防治工程提供科学依据。方法对西南林业大学和云南大学滇池学院的507名云南籍8个少数民族自治州学生视力状况进行分析研究。结果我国边疆民族地区学生视力不良呈普遍化的趋势,视力不良率为58.3%;学生左、右眼视力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);视力不良检出率与性别比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);普通本科院校学生的视力明显低于独立院校学生,患病率与高考分数呈负相关。结论我国边疆民族地区学生视力不良患病率偏高,学生左、右眼的患病率相近,女生患病率高于男生,患病率与高考成绩呈负相关。影响学生视力状况的因素中,学生营养摄入、学校的管理、社会的重视程度、家庭认识等与视力有着重大关系。Objective To grasp the distribution rule and root causes of the freshmen visual acuity in 8 ethnic autonmous prefectures of Yunnan province to provide a scientific basis for conducting youth vision protection and control engineering.Methods The visual acuity situation among 507 freshmen with the native place of Yunnan province and eight minority autonomous prefectures in Southwest Forestry University and Dianchi College of Yunnan University were analyzed and studied.Results The poor vision in the students of China′s frontier multi-national regions showed the universalization trend,with the poor eyesight rate of 58.3%.The left and right eyesights had no statistical difference（P〉0.05）.The comparison of poor eyesight detection rates with genders had statistical differences（P〈0.05）.The eyesight in ordinary college was significantly lower than that in the independent colleges.The vision had the negative correlation with the college entrance exam scores.Conclusion The morbidity rate of freshmen poor vision in China′s frontier multi-national regions is relatively high,which of left and right eye is similar,which of girls is higher than boys′,the prevalence of poor vision is negatively correlated with student achievements.Among the factors affecting freshmen vision,nutritional intake,school management,social emphasis and family awareness will have a significant relation with vision.
