摘 要:社会工作是一门实践性、应用性很强的学科,加强其专业实验室建设以保障诸多实践教学环节顺利开展非常必要。结合社会工作专业的特点,明确了社会工作实验室在情境模拟与实务操作等实践教学、点评与讨论式课堂教学及社会工作科学研究等三方面所应具备的具体功能。指出了目前社会工作实验室建设所存在的投入不足、利用率低及与社会脱节等三个主要问题。最后,提出了学科共建、学科间实验室的互通、开放实验室、加强与社会的联系等建设与利用的路径,以合理有效地建设社会工作实验室,同时更好地保障学生实践能力的提高。It is very necessary that social work laboratory be established in order to guarantee practical teaching. First, the three functions of laboratory, that is, practical teaching, classroom teaching and preliminary study, were made clear by the characteristics of social work. Next, some problems were presented, including limited investment, low rate of utilization and deviation from society in the construction of social work laboratories. Lastly, some countermeasures were proposed, such as joint construction of laboratories by different disciplines, open management of laboratories etc, to rationally and effectively construct social work laboratories and to further guarantee the improvement of the practical ability of students.
