摘　　要：在现有法学实验教学基础上,有效拓展刑侦实验室的功能,对培养法学专业学生创新能力和创新精神,提高他们的综合素质具有十分重要的意义。从改革传统的法学教育理念、建立现代的法学教学综合实训中心、建立面向社会并与法学专业学生实践有机结合的司法鉴定中心等方面进行探索。对如何在高校建设一个新型刑侦实验室并有效拓展其社会功能提出意见和建议。Based on the existing legal education experimental teaching, effective expansion of the function of the criminal investigation laboratory plays a dispensable role in developing the innovative spirit, and the creative and comprehensive ability of students. This paper explores the reform of traditional law education notions, the establishment of modern legal education comprehensive training center, the establishment of judicial identification center which is society-oriented and combined properly with the practice of students majoring in law. Some opinions and suggestions are proposed on the construction of a modern criminal investigation laboratory and the effective expansion of the social function of the laboratory in universities.
