摘　　要：根据市场需求以及高校对经济管理类专业人才培养的目标定位,从高校经济管理类专业在实验教学模式中存在的问题入手,通过对实验教学方式、实验课程以及综合实践三个方面对实验教学模式的进行研究,构建出适应性需求下的高校经济管理类专业实验教学新模式,对培养学生创新思维及综合实践能力的提升,具有极大的现实意义。According to the demand of the market and the objective of the cultivation of economics and management talents, after analyzing the problems in experimental teaching method, experiment course and comprehensive praetice, a novel experimental teaching mode for economics and management major was constructed upon adaptive demand, to cultivate innovative thinking and comprehensive practice ability of students. Practice shows that this teaching mode is of great practical significance.
