摘 要:目的:比较基因重组链激酶和尿激酶在治疗高血压脑室出血中的疗效差异。方法:回顾性观察使用重组链激酶和尿激酶后的近远期疗效,并进行对比。结果:基因重组链激酶组较尿激酶组术后前三天的平均引流量及第四天脑室血肿减少量有显著差异。两组患者术后远期恢复良好率差异也有显著性。结论:基因重组链激酶比尿激酶能更好地溶解脑室内血肿,明显提高患者的恢复良好率。Objective:Compare the curative effect of locally local applicating the gene-recombinant streptokinase(r-sk) in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hematoma broken into ventricles of the brain with using urokinase. Methods: A contrastive study of the short term and long term curative effect was made between r-sk group and the urokinase group retrospectively. Results: When the r-sk group was compared with the uroskinase group retrospectively, there was an evident difference in the average volume of flow in 3 days after operation and the same obvious difference was also shown in the volume of the intraventricular hematoma in the 4th day after operation and Significant difference was also found in the function prognosis. Conclusion: The r-sk is much better than urokinase in dissolve the intraventricular hematoma during drainage ,and more evidently decrease the disability rate.
