摘　　要：目的:探讨认知行为治疗对精神分裂症患者遵医行为的影响。方法:将72例住院精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组。研究组在原先药物治疗的基础上结合认知行为治疗,对照组维持原治疗方案。结果与结论:认知行为治疗能提高住院精神分裂症患者的依从性、健康知识知晓程度。Objective：To explore the impacts of cognition behavior therapy on compliance behaviors in patients with schizophrenia. Methods：Seventy-two inpatients with schizophrenia were randomized divided into study group and control group in June 201 1 .The control group was treated with regular education conducts and the study group Was treated with cognition behavior therapy. Conclusion： Cognition behavior therapy can improve compliance,health knowledge and satisfaction inpatients with schizophrenia.
