摘  要:开发了一款基于虚拟仪器的蓄电池组监控系统。以蓄电池组充电和带载电路为基础,以多功能数采卡NI USB-6008为核心构建了数据采集模块;以Labview为开发平台,设计了控制软件;数据采集模块通过USB接口与Labview进行通信;实现了对蓄电池充放电状态的实时采集、分析、显示以及存储功能。多次实验表明:该系统使用方便,人机界面友好,具有过充过载保护功能,强大的软件设计可以使系统自动运行而不需人为干预。A monitoring system of storage batteries based on virtual instrument was designed. Using batteries charging and load circuit as the basic hardware, a data acquiring module was built with the NI USB-6008 as the core component. A control software was designed by using Labview as the platform. Communication was established via a USB interface between the data acquiring module and a PC. Batteries charge and discharge state could be acquired, analyzed, displayed and stored. Repeated experiments were carried out to prove that the monitoring system had many advantages such as the convenience for usage, friendly man-machine interface and self-protection avoiding overcharge and overload, and the strong software design was provided to support an automation system without human intervention.
