摘　　要：根据铁路局施工安全协议签署现状,提出铁路施工安全协议管理信息系统的设计方案,给出系统的实现方法,着重论述系统的安全性设计思路,并对系统采用的若干关键技术进行阐述。According to the subscribe status of Construction Security Agreement （CSA） for the railway administration, the design and implementation method for the CSA Management Information System were proposed in this article. The mentality of system security was illustrated. In addition, the solution for the key technical areas was proposed.
