哌替啶、氟哌啶、氯胺酮肌注复合麻醉在小儿手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的评估哌替啶、氟哌啶、氯胺酮肌注复合麻醉在小儿手术中的应用价值。方法选择120例病人,1岁以内婴儿肌注DH(哌替啶50 mg、氟哌啶5.0 mg,共3.0 mL)0.2 mL/kg,>1岁以上患儿肌注DHK(哌替啶50 mg、氟哌啶5.0 mg、氯胺酮100 mg,共5.0 mL)0.2 mL/kg,手术即能正常进行。结果心率变化在±20次/min;收缩压波动在1.33～2.66 kPa之间,基本在正常范围内;心律、呼吸未见异常;脉搏、血氧饱和度均在正常范围内。结论哌替啶、氟哌啶、氯胺酮相配伍,施于肌注复合全麻,具有时间长、副作用小的优点。Objective To evaluate the value of combined anesthesia of pethidine, droperidol and ketamine intra- muscularly in pediatric surgery. Methods 120 patients, less than 1 year old baby intramuscular DH （pethidine 50 mg, droperidol 5.0 mg, a total of 3.0 mL） 0.2 mL/kg; over the age of children with intramuscular injection of DHK （pethidine 50 mg, droperidolpyridine 5.0 rag, 100 nag of ketamine, a total of 5.0 mL） 0. 2 mL/kg. Re- sults The changes in heart rate within -＋ 20 times/rain; systolic blood pressure fluctuations between 1.33 - 2.66 kPa, basically within the normal range; heart rate, and respiration were normal; pulse, blood oxygen satura- tion were within the normal range. Conclusion It has the advantages of long timeand little side effects in com- bined anesthesia of Pethidine, droperidol and ketamine intramuscularly.
