摘　　要：目的研究PRKX在肝癌组织中的表达和临床意义。方法收集36例肝癌患者肝癌组织(肝癌组)和癌旁肝组织(对照组)。分别采用RT-PCR和Western blot的方法检测PRKX mRNA和蛋白在肝癌组和对照组中的表达。结果 RT-PCR和Western blot结果显示,PRKX mRNA和蛋白在人肝组织有表达,且在肝癌组的表达显著高于对照组(mRNA肝癌组/mRNA对照组=1.48;蛋白肝癌组/蛋白对照组=1.14)。结论 PRKX在肝癌组织表达高于癌旁肝组织,可能与肝癌发生、发展相关。Objective To explore the expression of protein kinase X（PRKX）in human hepatocellular carcinomas （HCCs）and its clinical significance. Methods Hepatic tissues （HCC group）and tumor-adjacent tissues （control group）were collected from 36 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma. The expression of PRKX mRNA in these tissues was detected with semi-quantitative RT-PCR. The expression of PRKX protein in these tissues was measured with Western blot. Results The expression of PRKX mRNA was significantly higher in HCC group than that in control group. And the expression of PRKX protein was also significantly higher in HCC group than that in control group. Conclusion The higher expression of PRKX in HCC tissues might be related to the carcinogenesis and development of HCCs.
