养血清脑颗粒联合氟桂利嗪治疗慢性脑供血不足的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨养血清脑颗粒联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗慢性脑供血不足(chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency,CCCI)的临床疗效。方法将198例CCCI患者采用随机数字表法随机分为2组:治疗组100例和对照组98例。治疗组给予养血清脑颗粒4.0 g/次,3次/d口服;盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊5 mg,1次/d(每晚睡前服)。对照组仅给予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊5 mg/次,1次/d(每晚睡前服)。两组均连续治疗30 d。观察治疗前后的血液流变学指标以及TCD参数变化。结果治疗组症状改善总有效率为93.0%,明显优于对照组的70.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组血流变学和TCD指标改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论养血清脑颗粒联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗CCCI疗效显著、安全可靠。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yangxue Qingnao particles combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules in the treatment of chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency（ CCCI）. Methods A total of 198 patients with CCCI were randomly divided into 2 groups：treatment group （n = 100）and control group （n = 98 ）. The patients in treatment group received orally Yangxue Qingnao particles 4.0 g three times daily and flunarizine hydrochloride capsules 5 mg before bedtime. The patients in control group were given only flunarizine hydrochloride capsules 5 mg before bedtime. All patients were treated continuously 30 d. Hemorheological index and TCD parameters were observed before and after treatment. Results The rate of symptom improvement in treatment group was sig- nificantly higher than in control group（93.0% vs 70.8%, P 〈 0.05 ）. Hemorheological indicators and TCD parameters were better in treatment group than in control group after treatment （P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion Yangxue Qingnao particles combined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules is safe, effective and reliable to treat CCCI.
