摘  要:通过FT-IR(傅里叶变换红外光谱)和Raman(共焦激光拉曼光谱)分析黄芩苷包合物,对拉曼光谱法作为一种新的验证包合物形成方法的可行性进行验证。采用饱和水溶液法制备黄芩苷包合物,共焦拉曼光谱仪和傅里叶转换红外光谱仪分别测定并获得β-环糊精、黄芩苷、黄芩苷与β-环糊精物理混合物及黄芩苷包合物四种固体粉末的拉曼图谱和红外图谱并将其进行对照分析,这两种方法互相印证,互相补充,可增强鉴定的准确性、可靠性,共同证明了黄芩苷通过氢键作用嵌入β-环糊精的疏水空腔形成包合物,从而增加了它的稳定性。拉曼光谱法具有快速、准确、简便、无损测量等显著优势,可作为验证药物包合物的形成重要手段。To identify the formation of the inclusion compound of Baicalin by the confocal Raman spectroscopy and Infrared spectroscopy in order to decide the ability of the Raman spectroscopy as a new and simple method in identifying the Baicalin inclusion compound.The inclusion compound of Baicalin was prepared by Saturated aqueous solution method.The Raman spectra and Infrared spectra of Baicalin,β-cyclodextrin(β-CD),Baicalin-β-CD physical mixture,Baicalin-β-CD incIusion compound was obtained with confocal Raman spectrometer and Fourier transform Infrared spectrometers and then was compared with each other.The Raman spectrum indicated that the Baicalin inclusion compound is formed via hydrogen bonds improves the stability and dissolution of Baicalin,which is consistent with the conclusion of infrared spectrum.The infrared spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy confirmed and complement with each other,which can enhance the accuracy and reliability identification.Raman spectroscopy has Significant advantages such as rapid,accurate,simple,non-destructive measurement,can be used as a significant method in identifying the inclusion compound.
