摘　　要：信托责任是指受托人对委托人/受益人负有的、严格按委托人的意愿进行财产管理的责任。在国有企业,董事会作为出资人信托责任的主体,承担着法人财产和国有资产保值增值的责任。国有企业董事会在公司治理中的信托责任主要体现在执行股东大会决议、实施公司战略决策、选聘公司经理层以及强化风险防范管理等方面。Trust responsibility refers to the trust-ees should be responsible for the principal and manage property in strict accordance with the wishes of the principal.In state-owned enterprises,the board of directors as the main body of the trust responsibility of investors,bear the responsibility of maintaining and increasing the value of corporate property and the state-owned assets.The trust responsibility of the board of directors of state-owned enterprises in corporate governance is mainly reflected in implementing the resolution of the shareholders’ meeting,implementing the corporate strategic decision-making,selecting the corporate managers and strengthening the risk prevention management.
