摘　　要：目的观察马铃薯片外敷治疗静脉输液外渗性损伤的临床效果。方法:192例静脉输液外渗性损伤患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组96例;观察组采用马铃薯片外敷损伤局部,对照组采用50%硫酸镁溶液湿敷。结果:观察组有效率显著高于对照组,治疗费用少于对照组,患者满意度比对照组高(均P<0.01)。结论:自制马铃薯片外敷治疗静脉输液外渗性损伤是有效、经济的治疗方法。Objective： To observe clinical effects of external application of potato chips on intravenous infusion extravasation injury.Methods： 192 cases of venous infusion extravasation injury were randomly divided into observation group and control group,96 cases in each group;the observation group was treated with external application of potato chips on local damage,the control group with 50% magnesium sulfate wet compress.Results： The efficiency in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,costs of treatment less than that in the control group,patients’ satisfaction higher than that in the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： External application of homemade potato chips is effective and economical in the treatment of patients with intravenous infusion extravasation injury.
