神经外科医院感染常见部位原因分析与护理对策

摘　　要：目的:调查我院神经外科患者医院感染情况,为有效降低医院感染发生率,制定医院感染预防和控制措施提供参考。方法:对我院2010年1月至2011年6月出院的1 510例神经外科患者感染情况进行调查分析。结果:发生医院感染76例,88次,医院感染率为5.83%;以下呼吸道感染为主,其次为泌尿系统感染,第3位是胃肠道感染。结论:各项的护理措施对神经外科的医院感染的控制是行之有效的。Objective： To investigate nosocomial infection of neurosurgical patients in our hospital,providing the reference to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection and make preventive and control measures.Methods： The nosocomial infection of 1 510 neurosurgical patients in our hospital from 2010 Jan to 2011 June was investigated and analyzed.Results： The nosocomial infection was 76 cases,88 times,and the hospital infection rate was 5.83%.The nosocomial infection was mainly located at the lower respiratory tract,secondly the urinary system,thirdly gastrointestinal tract.Conclusion： In neurosurgery department,the nursing measures against nosocomial infection were effective.
