摘 要:目的 评定胃癌切除并温热、低渗液腹腔灌洗治疗的远期疗效。方法 将 1988年 1月至 1994年 6月间行胃癌根治术 317例分成三组。A组 :根治术并用 43℃蒸馏水 ,灌洗 10 ';B组 :根治术并用蒸馏水 + 0 0 15 %chlorhexidine ,灌洗 3';C组 :根治术应用生理盐水灌洗 3'。结果 A组、B组可明显提高S(+ )胃癌的 5年生存率 ,全组 5年生存率为 6 3 7%。结论 胃癌根治术 ,关腹前采用杀灭脱落癌细胞的腹腔灌洗处理是有益的 ,应予提倡。Objective To evaluate long-term curative effect of radical resection and infusion of abdominal cavity with thermal hypo-osmolar solution on patients with gastric cancer.Methods Radical resection had been performed on 317 cases with gastric cancer from January 1988 to June 1994 in Cancer Institute of China Medical University,317 cases had been divided into three groups.Group A:Radical resection plus infusion of abdominal cavity with double distilled water(D.D.W)(43℃,10min);Group B:Radical resection plus infusion of abdominal cavity with D.D.W.containing chlorhexidine(0 015%,3min);Group C:Radical resection plus infusion of abdominal cavity with normal saline(3min).Results The 5-year survival rate of patients with S(+) gastric cancer have been increased significantly in group A and group B,it was up to 63 7%.Conclusion It is useful that infusion of abdominal cavity should be carried out before closing abdomen in order to kill shed cancer cells in abdominal cavity of patients with gastric cancer.
