摘  要:针对液压挖掘机在动臂动作时有较大节流损失的问题,该文以22T某型号正流量挖掘机为例,分析了动臂普通流量再生回路的原理并建立数学模型和Amesim仿真模型,并在此基础上提出了新型的动臂液压回路的节能方案。通过对两种动臂液压回路节能方案仿真结果对比分析,得出新型动臂液压回路比普通流量再生回路更加节能。According to the characteristics of large throttling loss during the action of hydraulic excavator's boom.The 22T excavator with positive flow system is selected as the object of research. Firstly, this paper analyzed the boom flow-regeneration circuit and established it's mathematical model and simulation model by Amesim. Then the new boom energy-saving circuit was brought forward. The principle of this system was analyzed and established it's mathematical model and simulation model by Amesim.finally, simulation results show that the new boom energy-saving circuit saves energy remarkly than the boom flow-regeneration circuit.
