摘　　要：目的 探讨重症肌无力外科治疗的疗效。方法 正中劈开胸骨切放胸腺瘤及前纵隔的全部脂肪组织。结果 应用该方法手术治疗７例，术皇肌力均有改善，其中１例３个月后因肺部感染合并呼吸衰竭死亡。结论 重症肌无力行胸腺切除治疗效果满意。Purpose:To approach the effect of surgical treatment of myasthenia gravis.MethodS:Centrally right against the sterna,removed thymus,thymoma and the total fat tissue of antemediastinum.Result:treated seven examples with this operation,much improvement of muscle power after operation.One died of respiration function failure with lung infection after three months.Conclusion:Effective satisfaction with thymus resection of myasthenia gravis.
