淋巴管瘤的声像图表现特征探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨淋巴管瘤二维及彩色多普勒声像图表现特征。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的21例淋巴管瘤病人的声像图资料。结果本组21例淋巴管瘤声像图上表现为囊性多房样及强弱不均囊实性混合回声包块,其中17例超声明确诊断,4例未确诊。结论超声对淋巴管瘤的诊断和随访有较高实用价值。Objective To investigate the characteristics of two-dimensional and color Doppler sonographic appearance of lymphangioma.Methods A retrospective analysis was done for data of ultrasonogram of 21 patients with lymphangioma confirmed by surgery and pathology.Results The appearance of the ultrasonograms manifested as cystic,multilocular,or mass with combined cystic and solid echopattern.Of which,17 were identified by ultrasonography,four diagnosis undetermined.Conclusion Ultrasonography is of a high practical value in the diagnosis and follow-up of lymphangioma.
