健胃愈疡颗粒剂对胃溃疡大鼠胃粘膜肿瘤坏死因子α mRNA表达的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨健胃愈疡颗粒剂抗复发的作用机理。方法 :采用原位杂交方法检测大鼠胃粘膜肿瘤坏死因子αmRNA的表达。结果 :胃溃疡模型组TNFαmRNA表达明显高于正常组 (P <0 .0 1) ,健胃愈疡组TNFα表达低于模型组 (P <0 .0 5 )而高于正常组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :健胃愈疡颗粒剂抗复发的作用机理可能与降低TNFα的表达有关。Objective:To investigate the prevention mechanism of Jianweiyuyang Granules (JWYY) from ulcer recurrence. Methods: We examined the expression of TNFα mRNA in gastric mucosa by in situ hybridization method. Results: The expression of TNFα mRNA in gastic ulcer (GU) model group was significantly higher than that in normal group ( P < 0.01), while that in JWYY group was lower than in GU model group ( P < 0.05) and higher than in normal group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: The prevention mechanism of JWYY G from ulcer recurrence may be associated with the decreasing of expression of TNFα.
