摘　　要：对任一拟纯正半群S,利用S(视为集合)上自由群G和半群的关系同态理论构作一个半群胚C,证明群G自由可迁地作用在C上.由此得到一个幺半群C1及半群P=C1\{1C1}.证明P是E-酉拟纯正半群,G是P的最大群同态像,且S是P的幂等元分离同态像.从而,证明任意的拟纯正半群都存在给定群G上的E-酉拟纯正盖.In this paper, for any quasi-orthodox semigroup S, a semigroupoid C is constructed by using the free group G over （the set） S and a related relational homomorphism. It is proved that G freely transitively acts on C so that there exist a monoid CI and a sem- igroup P = C1 ／ { 1cl }. Moreover, P is an E-unitary quasi-orthodox semigroup with the maximum group homomorphic image G and S it- self is an idempotent-separating homomorphic image of P. Therefore any quasi-orthodox semigroup has an E-unitary cover over a given group.
